How can I make a return?

If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you have 15 days from receipt of the goods to proceed.

You can alternatively choose between two return methods:

1) RETURN IN STORE: Go to one of the official Dainese stores . Our in-store staff will confirm the return and you will receive a refund within 15 working days using the original payment method used for the order.

2) ONLINE RETURNS: Request a return by accessing the Create your return page and entering your order number and the email address you used to purchase. If you are a registered user, log in to your Account, go to the Orders section, and follow the instructions.

Once the procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your return.

ATTENTION :

- If you have already made the return request online, it will NOT be possible to return the item in store.

- Products with D-air® airbags can only be physically returned to our Dainese stores. These products are sold outside of the usual consumer return policy. If you choose to purchase a D-Air® product on our website dainese.com, you agree that you cannot return the purchased item by shipping it to our warehouses or using the free return policy.

If you decide to return your D-air® product, Dainese Spa will NOT be held responsible for the transit of the merchandise and will not accept it as a return. Therefore, no refund will be issued.

Can I change size/color?

No, size/color exchanges are not currently available, but we are working to offer this service as soon as possible. If you need to exchange the size or color of your purchased item, you will need to return it and place a new order.

How do I return a product that does not contain a D-Air® airbag?

1. Carefully package the product, using the same box you received it in if possible. The item must be returned intact, complete with all accessories and the original tag. (Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund or the item will be returned.)

2. Print and paste the return label onto the package and include the return form you downloaded when requesting the return or in the return confirmation email in the package.

3. Find the nearest DHL Service point at the following link https://locator.dhl.com/ :

- Select your country and enter your postal code

- Click the first icon “Send a shipment”

- Select the first option “I have a shipment with a DHL label”

- Click “Search” to find the nearest DHL Service Point.

4. Go to the chosen DHL Point and hand over the package you wish to return.

The package will be shipped to our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the location of origin.

Once the return arrives at our warehouse and is registered in our systems, the refund will be automatically processed within 14 business days . You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used for the order. Our Consumer Care Team will contact you if further information is needed.

Can I return an item containing a D-air® airbag?

Items containing a D-air® airbag can only be returned by physically visiting a Dainese store , but the online return service is not available.

Our products are in fact subject to the regulations for the transport of dangerous goods by air (IATA) and by road (ADR) and therefore treated by couriers as dangerous goods as they are equipped with lithium batteries and a gas generator.

For this reason, D-air® is sold outside of the usual consumer right of withdrawal policy. If you choose to purchase a D-Air® product on our website dainese.com, you agree that you cannot return the purchased item by shipping it to our warehouses or by taking advantage of the free return policy.

If you decide to return your D-air® product, Dainese Spa will NOT be held responsible for the transit of the merchandise and will not accept it as a return. Therefore, no refund will be issued.

Can I return my online order at an official Dainese store (DAINESE STORE)?

Yes, you can choose to return your order online or visit an official Dainese store (DAINESE STORES) in your country. Returns cannot be made to a store in a country other than the one where the goods were originally delivered. Find a list of Dainese-owned stores (DAINESE STORES) below:

Can I return my item to a Dainese dealer?

No, returns in store are possible ONLY if made at an official Dainese store .

When will I receive my refund?
