Which countries in the world do you ship to?
We ship to all countries that appear in the destination country selection menu located at the bottom right of the screen or at the bottom center of mobile devices.
I can't find my country in the list of countries on your website. Why?
We can currently only process orders from countries that appear in the selection menu at the bottom right of the screen or at the bottom center on mobile devices. If you don't see your country listed, we recommend searching and contacting your nearest retailer. We are working to expand our online distribution.
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and may be free depending on some promotions the site offers at certain times of the year. You'll always find all the latest information on the product pages of the site, in the Shipping and Returns section.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email with all the shipping information.
Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays* will be processed on the next working day.
(*Italian holidays are: January 1-6; Easter and Easter Monday; April 25; May 1; June 2; August 15; November 1; December 8, 25, and 26.)
Once the order is packaged, it will be handed over to the courier who will then take care of transporting it to its destination.
Online orders may ship in more than one shipment.
The courier delivers in 3-5 working days in Europe and in 4-7 working days in the rest of the world, excluding particularly remote locations.
Delivery times may be extended in the event of bad weather, strikes, or other extraordinary events that cannot be foreseen by Dainese.
Please note:
- We cannot ship to PO boxes - All shipments must be signed for upon delivery
How do I track my order shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with all the shipping information.

Are there any customs fees or additional taxes to pay upon delivery?
Yes, the sale price does not include import duties, which cannot be quantified in advance. If the order is placed from a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation is net of any customs duties and other sales taxes.
To clear the goods through customs, the customer will be required to pay duties and any other taxes, as required by the laws of the country to which the products will be delivered.
We advise our customers to first check with the relevant authorities in their country of residence or destination of the Products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied to the products they wish to purchase on our site.
